Foundation work has begun for the 60-story, twin-tower One River Point. Once complete, this luxury development will be Florida’s tallest. Missoni Baia - Edgewater

Developer OKO Group has the Urban Development Review Board’s approval to build a taller Missoni Baia with more units. According to approved design tweaks, buyers will have more choices with the number of units increasing from 146 to 249. The branded building will also feature 76 extra parking spaces bringing the total up to 399. To accommodate these tweaks, the tower’s floor plate will fan out from the current 771,000 sq. ft. to 838,000 sq. ft., and top-off five feet higher. Additionally, residences will go smaller in-keeping with the latest trend and demand for micro units.
