NoMad Hotels, the New York-based hospitality brand beloved by trendy travelers and digital nomads globally, launched sales for its first-ever residential development in Wynwood. Located at 2700 Northwest Second Avenue, the world will get its first NoMad Residences – a 9-story, 329-unit luxury condo building looking to “create an elegantly lived life” in the heart of Wynwood’s Arts District.

In September 2021, Miami’s Related Group and Manhattan’s Tricap paired up to purchase the 48,950-square-foot lot between Wynwood’s NW 27th Terrace and NW Street for $26.5 million. NoMad’s parent company, Sydell Group, further partnered with the duo to lend branding and management services for the new luxury condo development.

Fueled by the recent migration of businesses and top-tier talent, including Andrew Zobler, CEO of NoMad’s parent company Sydell Group, Miami has turned into an international destination of luxury condo developments. NoMad joins the likes of The StandardSt. Regis Sunny IslesSt. Regis Brickell, and Waldorf Astoria to offer another New York-approved brand to the Magic City and “Manhattan of the South.”

Live a Tropical NoMad Experience

Developed by Miami-based Related Group and Manhattan-based Tricap, the internationally acclaimed and prolific Arquitectonica is designing NoMad Residences Wynwood. The 9-story project will be built to echo their brand’s ethos of interesting, homey spaces that engage their surrounding communities. With Design Agency handling interiors, residents can look forward to modern spaces that are a nod to and elevate Wynwood’s avant-garde style.

All 329 luxury residences will be delivered fully furnished with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to private balconies, chef-ready kitchens equipped with Bosch appliances, Italian-style cabinets with brass hardware, sleek stone counters, and more.

Owners will also be allowed to lease their units as short-term rentals, with check-ins and check-outs managed by NoMad’s in-house team.

Units at NoMad Residence Wynwood will range from 464 to 931 square feet in size, with prices starting in the mid-$500,000s. Construction is expected to begin in Q4 this year and be completed in 2024.

Amenities for a Uniquely NoMad-ic Condo Lifestyle

The NoMad Bar, a rooftop restaurant and bar, will be the centerpiece of NoMad Residences Wynwood. The signature restaurant and mixology bar concept will be helmed by the James Beard Award-winning Leo Robitschek, also the former Bar Director of New York’s famous, three-Michelin-starred restaurant Eleven Madison Park.

On its ground floor, the mid-rise will feature a 13,000 square-foot Casa Tua Cucina – Miami’s popular restaurant concept known for its open kitchen serving simple Italian and Mediterranean fare.

Besides a vibrant rooftop with panoramic views, residents will also be treated to a fully-serviced pool and sun deck with private cabanas, an indoor-outdoor fitness center, a NoMad library and lounge with curated events, co-working spaces, an outdoor theater with lawn seating, plus museum-quality art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection.

NoMad Residences Wynwood – An Experience Worthy of the Artsy Neighborhood

For a brand that is known to offer standout, social media-ready experiences, there couldn’t have been a better choice for NoMad’s first residential offering. Wynwood is known as Miami’s arts central with its collection of street-level murals at Wynwood Walls and various art galleries. It is also home to an abundance of retail, hip boutiques, restaurants, bars, and new construction offices.

Wynwood is one of Miami’s most walkable locations. Living at the NoMad Residences, residents can walk to a WeWork, Miami’s Original Selfie Museum, Wynwood Walls, and the Mana Wynwood Convention Center. By car, the Shops At Midtown Miami will be 5 minutes, Design District will be 10 minutes, Downtown’s famous FTX Arena will be 10 minutes, business at Brickell will be 20 minutes, and the Miami International Airport will be about 30 minutes.
