Developers have released concept plans for a twin mirrored tower to be constructed near the Miami River between the Ivy, Wind, and Mint towers.
A new megaproject is starting to form. Raphael Viñoly, a starchitect in the Miami area, is designing the project, which will take place in three phases. The first phase will be called the River Village.
The first phase will be constructed on the empty lot on the Miami River near the three towers mentioned before. The first tower will be 60-stories tall with condos, retail space, and restaurants, along with some mentioned “interactive components” for the project.
The second phase will be a 50-story tower with 150 rooms on the bottom third and 300 condos on the top. The third phase will be an aparment complex.
