Developed in a joint venture by the Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Enterprises Inc., and designed by the internationally acclaimed Arquitectonica, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale will offer residential condos as well as a condo-hotel component, which means you can rent out your unit for short-term rental income while you set off to go yachting from the 245-slip marina complete with a dockmaster building and captains quarters.
