A new 51-floor condo tower will soon appear along Biscayne Bay. The project introduces 399 new luxury suites to Miami's Edgewater East neighborhood.
Eastview Development is teaming up with GTIS Partners to create a new project they call Biscayne Beach.
“East Edgewater is one of Miami’s last prominent waterfront neighborhoods to come into its own,” Reid Boren, a partner with Eastview said, “It’s one of the fastest-emerging neighborhoods, right on the water, with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay.”
Located at 711 Northeast 29th Street, the sky-scraping condo, designed by WHLC Architecture, will be situated on a 2.8 acre plot near the central business district of Miami, next to the design district and midtown.
Biscayne Beach will include a VIP Beach Club, along with many other high-end amenities which will attract foreign and domestic buyers looking for top of the line beachfront accommodations.
Prices for residences at Biscayne Beach vary greatly. Smaller units start at $400,000 and quickly rise up to $9 million for a penthouse suite. Biscayne Beach is scheduled to finish construction in 2016.
