On Their Mark, Get Set, Go For Construction on SLS Lux Tower With FAA Height Approval

After finally receiving the approval they needed from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), developers are beginning construction on the SLS Lux.
The FAA finally granted the approval developers needed in order for the tower to be built at 648 feet above the ground, or 654 feet above sea level. The height of the tower could potentially violate airspace, but the FAA deemed the height acceptable after much review.
The SLS Lux is a 57-story luxury tower, which will have 450 residential units and 95 hotel suites for rent. SLS Lux is being architecturally designed by Arquitectonica, and developed by the Related Group.
Construction is expected to conclude on SLS Lux in the Fall of 2017, if everything goes according to plan.
