Simple Miami Beach Home on the Market for $16 Million

A newly renovated home in Miami Beach was put on the market for almost $16 million.
The understated home at 44 West Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach was put on the market asking an amount above its asking price less than a year ago. The waterfront home is located on the Venetian Islands in Miami, and has been recently redesigned in a somewhat simple manner, only doing the minimum for the boasted European-style aesthetics.
The listing says the renovation created a “perfect balance of European aesthetic and Balinese touches.” Features of the home are a rooftop terrace, views of the bay, a fine fireplace, a Gaggenau kitchen, and 90 feet of water front.
Regardless of its design, some debate the price. The home was spotted on the market for around $14 million less than a year ago.
