The Tallest Tower in Edgewater: Huge Units Plus Robotic Parking
Aug 27, 2015 August 27, 2015
Two Roads Development recently announced the start of construction for Elysee Residences in early 2016.
The project, located at 700 Northeast 23rd Street, will feature a three-tiered telescope design, created by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. The project will be 57-stories high, and 649-feet tall, which is the maximum buildable height for the area.
The prices for the condos in Elysee will average $750 per square-foot, with rather large units, ranging from 2,660 square-feet, all the way up to 4,000 square-feet. In total, the units will range from $1.65 million to over $10 million each.
In contrast to several other projects, each of the 100 units will have direct views of the bay, with a max of two units per floor. The ceilings will be about 10- or 11-feet high, and owners will each have a private elevator and automated robotic parking.
Two Roads is also developing Biscayne Beach, which is currently under construction and is reaching 100% sold very quickly.
