Home to
only about 65 full and half-floor residences, each private sanctuary at Villa Miami will feature a Mario Carbone-designed kitchen and open up to unobstructed bay views underscored by deep terraces. Residents will have the rare opportunity to arrive by air, sea, or water at their luxury sky villas, as the boutique tower will feature private docks and Edgewater’s first rooftop helipad. 

There will also be a bayside swimming pool, two restaurants by New York’s famous Major Food Group, plus more unique luxuries in store at this high-design tower.

Architecture by: ODP Architecture & Design. This is the same design team celebrated for crafting Zaha Hadid's unique scorpion tower, One Thousand Museum in Downtown Miami.

Interiors by: Vicky Charles, of the New York-based Charles & Co. and Soho House (NY) fame, is credited with bringing the “villa” concept to life at this boutique tower. First owners will further have the option of getting their residences custom designed by the celeb-favorite designer.

Developers: One Thousand Group in partnership with Terra Group and New York-based Major Food Group. Powerhouse team consisting of proven developers, celebrity restaurateurs, and one of hospitality’s biggest names.

Floors: 58 stories, with two or less residences per floor.
