What’s Miami’s Edgewater Neighborhood Like? 

Edgewater’s out-of-the-way waterfront location on the eastern side of Biscayne Boulevard means that this neighborhood receives little tourism and is best known as a residential enclave where growing families and urban professionals can enjoy a serene lifestyle. It has incredibly easy access to everything that makes Miami exceptional, including the offerings that Downtown Miami is known for, a quick commute to Brickell and its Financial District, as well as a scenic bike or car ride to South Beach in just 10 minutes.

Edgewater also boasts spectacular access to the arts, with its proximity to the FTX Arena (formerly the American Airlines Arena), where amazing concerts as well as sports events take place. And if you like the arts, well you can walk to check the shows at the nearby Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, in addition to the art and science museums of Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the Frost Science Museum.
