by Sep Niakan | April 16, 2015
Put on your thinking cap, fetch those inquisitive eyeglasses and get ready to go museum hopping – Miami Museum Month is just around the corner. During all of May, participating museums in Miami will either be offering Buy One, Get One Free admission or See-Them-All deals to whet your intellectual appetite.
It’s one of the best times of year to explore Miami’s inspiring museum scene. This annual event can be enjoyed by everyone – from the history buff to the science geek, from the culture vulture to even little ones – at a steal of a deal.
For your culture fix, head over to the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Wolfsonian, Art Center/South Florida, Bakehouse Art Complex, Bass Museum of Art, Haitian Heritage Museum, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens or Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum.
For a walk through history, it’s worth your while to check out the Dezer Collection, Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach, Gold Coast Railroad Museum, Wings Over Miami Air Museum or HistoryMiami.
And for those with children, your best bet is to visit the Miami’s Children Museum, Patricia & Phillip Frost Science Museum or even the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.
So go ahead and look into these museums. It’s the best time of the year to do so. And enjoy your date with knowledge.
