North Miami Beach’s Eighty Seven Park started closings. And, Legacy in the Arts & Entertainment District is bringing the first-of-its-kind rooftop atrium to Miami.

Residents, including tennis superstar Novak Djokovic, are a step closer to enjoying their units as
closings started in January for this oceanfront building. Designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning Renzo Piano, this boutique condo stands 18 stories tall with a total of 70 designer residences. Amenities at this luxury development include a two-acre private park, swimming pool with cabanas and towel service, Enoteca wine lounge, outdoor natural juice bar, salon, full-time botanist, gym and spa.

Prices range from $2 million to $18 million, with a choice of one- to five-bedroom residences.

Developers Multiplan Real Estate Management
launched sales for their South of Fifth, boutique luxury condo Ocean Park. The four-story, boutique development will deliver spaces  designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Marcela Lombana. Housing only 10 luxury condos, residents will have access to a second-floor amenity deck featuring a 36-foot pool, poolside summer kitchen, spa, Jacuzzi, and outdoor dining area plus lounge. Planned as a self-funding project, developers are aiming for a December 2021 completion.

Prices range from $1.5 million to $6.8 million, with a choice of two- to three-bedroom residences.

57 Ocean - Mid Beach


Another offering by Multiplan Real Estate Management, 57 Ocean is
already 50% presold as it goes vertical. This Arquitectonica-designed building is set to rise 18 stories along Mid-Beach’s pristine oceanfront. Once complete, residents of the exclusive 81 luxury condos will be privy to a private resort spa, two infinity-edge swimming pools overlooking the beach, a club room with chef’s kitchen and summer kitchen, outdoor bar and lounge, library, a children’s room, indoor Technogym, an outdoor MyEquilibria gym, plus poolside and beachfront concessions service.

Prices range from $6.95 million to $8.5 million, with a choice of two- to four-bedroom residences. Penthouses range between $15 million and $35 million.

Missoni Baia - Edgewater


With its
foundation poured in January, the 57-story waterfront tower is ready for its vertical ascent. This is the first-ever residential project by the Italian fashion house of Missoni. Designed to become one of the tallest in Edgewater, its seven-story parking garage has already topped off. Once complete, residents of this 249-unit high-rise will live surrounded by five swimming pools, a flow-through pool deck with cabanas, an elevated tennis court, one of Miami’s largest spas, a beauty salon, children’s water features, and a bayfront boardwalk, among other amenities.

Prices start at $500,000, with a choice of one- to five-bedroom residences.

Natiivo - Downtown


This unique Airbnb-backed condo-hotel project is
already 50% presold just after a few short months of launching sales. Developed by the co-founders of Newgard Development Group and Crescent Heights, the tower has gained popularity for its flexible rental program that allows buyers to rent out on any home-sharing network like Airbnb.

The 51-story tower is set to feature a total of 604 units, 400 of which will be condo residences. Expected to break ground this year, the mixed-use project will include 137k sq. ft. of office and retail space, a nine-level podium with two lobbies, a restaurant, and a retail component. Residents can expect access to amenities such as an exotic resort pool with cabanas, a Peloton studio, yoga lounge, co-working spaces, private meeting rooms, and much more.

Prices start at $300,000, with a choice of studios to three-bedroom residences.
