Nexo Residences to Bring Luxury, Short-Term Rental Condos to Aventura & North Miami Beach

Bringing North Miami Beach its first set of condos without any rental restrictions, developers Fortune International & Blue Road launched just launched sales for Nexo Residences. Staying true to its name, it’s planned to become the nexus the neighborhood lacks between luxury condo residences and complete rental freedom with income. Breaking ground this year, the luxury condo building will rise 15 stories with 254 fully-furnished residences.

With the luxury condo market still booming in Miami, the co-developers decided to put a premier short-term rental offering in North Miami Beach, as the neighborhood has been underserved in hotel and investment condo products. Located at 13899 Biscayne Blvd., just near Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach, units in this luxury condo building range from 525-square-foot studios to three-bedroom residences, and go up to 2,190-square-foot, townhouses. Prices start in the $400,000s.

Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects in collaboration with the internationally-acclaimed Carlos Ott, Nexo Residences is poised to turn into North Miami Beach’s next masterpiece. The Uruguayan architect is best known for designing standout structures such as the 
Muse ResidencesJade Ocean, the Opéra Bastille in Paris, and the National Bank of Dubai headquarters.

Rising 15 stories tall, each move-in-ready condo at Nexo Residences will come designed by Miami-favorite Urban Robot, known for 1 Hotel & Homes on South Beach. Designed for home-sharing convenience, all residences will feature smart key access, smart home tech, imported porcelain flooring, expansive balconies with glass railings, fully-equipped European-style kitchens, and modern bathrooms.

Owners at Nexo will have complete liberty to rent their units for as long or as short as they’d like. There are no minimum-stay restrictions at the luxury condo building, making it a great investment opportunity for those looking to make passive daily income using short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, or Expedia. Owners will further have the option to manage rentals themselves, enroll with the building’s rental management program, or hire a third-party property management company.
