Can You Rent Out Your Ritz-Carlton Residence?

If you are looking to rent out your unit at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, you might want to check first. Generally, the reason you are buying from the Ritz-Carlton Residences is to get the exclusivity of the luxury brand without the transient nature of hotel guests.

Therefore, it makes sense for the Ritz-Carlton Residences and owners to want to limit the number of renters walking in and out of their doors, and discourage short-term rentals.

However, there are Ritz-Carlton Residences that are condo-hotels, and then there are residential only Ritz-Carlton buildings, depending on the location. Those condo residences that are part of a condominium-hotel combination are more likely to allow short-term rentals.

Most Ritz-Carlton Residences properties do not allow short-term rentals, such as those that are less than 30 days. That being said, it could be a different story if you are looking to rent your unit at Ritz-Carlton Residences for a seasonal rental, for perhaps 3 months or longer.
